BANGKOK PHASE 1

Bangkok phase 1 was spent with the lovely girls, daomin, wanyi and cheryl from 18dec to 22dec.
Our days revolved around shopping, shopping and more shopping which was paradise to me.

day1: siam night market ( best night market in terms of clothes)

Almost similar to singapore's version of the pasar malam in terms of layout but focuses on clothes.i suggest going to siam night market before heading to platinum mall because the clothes are much cheaper and it is easier to bargain there.
day 2 : platinum mall for the whole day

Get the floor plan from the reception before walking unless you know the place really well. The mall is divided into 2 zones,(something like far east plaza) but more large scale and complicated. So, follow the floor plan to avoid confusion and replication of shops.Level 1 and 2 are a must to cover first because the better/nicer clothes stores are located here.
day 3 : platinum mall againnnnnnnn

Because one day is never enough, we went back again to cover stalls left unvisited. We also went to the building beside platinum, which is actually an extension of platinum mall which focuses on shoes and bags.Bought nothing much there and found it rather boring thus headed back to platinum againnnnnnn.
 day 4 : union mall

Since we heard some reviews that said union mall was a better place to shop as compared to platinum mall, we decided to judge for ourselves.the verdict???? PLATINUM WINSSSSS! the prices of clothes there were more expensive and could be found in platinum as well. However, if platinum mall is too crowded, too conjested for your liking then head over to union mall which surprisingly, only closes at 10pm.
day 5: chatuchack

I have never really liked chatuchak due to the heat which would make you feel really exhausted.Minus the heat, it's a fun place to shop for household items at affordable prices or if you'd like to get dog treats or clothes.

Below are several snapshots to summarise all 5 days
